This book deals with aspects of Astrophysics, that are currently in vogue-dealing with compact objects, their energetics and some brief cosmology. In the context of energetics, it is very important to deal with aspects related to electromagnetic and plasma aspects on a curved background (general relativistic) and thus a full treatment of electromagnetics on curved spacetime is dealt with.
